Tejas Lad has taken on a new role at Dentsu India, where he has been appointed Director – Digital Planning. He moves into this position after nearly two years with Havas Media Network India, where he served as Global Account Director.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Lad expressed his excitement about returning to the domestic market after managing international accounts. He highlighted the fast-paced energy of the Indian market and shared his enthusiasm for collaborating with industry talent and driving meaningful digital transformation in his new role.
With more than a decade of experience in the advertising and digital media space, Lad has worked across sectors including finance, automobiles and FMCG. His strengths lie in end-to-end campaign management, creative strategy, and performance optimisation.
Before his stint at Havas Media Network India, Lad spent over five years at Wavemaker India, where he rose to the role of Business Manager, having also held positions such as Associate Business Director. He has also worked with GroupM as Senior Digital Manager, and began his career at IBS as a Digital Marketing Executive.
