Kinnect has appointed Neetika Aggarwal as its new Managing Partner, further strengthening the agency’s leadership team as it continues to expand its integrated marketing capabilities. In her new role, Aggarwal will work closely with teams across North and West India, driving business growth, client partnerships and strategic initiatives.
Aggarwal announced the move through a LinkedIn post, describing it as a “new beginning” as she embarks on the next phase of her professional journey.
She joins Kinnect from Leo Burnett India, where she served as Managing Partner and led strategic client relationships for an extensive portfolio of marquee brands. During her tenure, she worked across categories with clients including Spotify, Stellantis (Jeep), Procter & Gamble, Visa India, Abbott India, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Auto, Tata Neu, HDFC Life and Jio Smart Bazaar, delivering integrated marketing and brand-building solutions.
Before Leo Burnett, Aggarwal was Executive Client Officer – Head of West & South at VMLY&R, where she played a key role in managing large client businesses and leading cross-functional teams. Her career also includes leadership positions at Red Fuse Communications, JWT, TBWA India, Rediffusion DYR and SSC&B Lintas, giving her over two decades of experience across advertising, brand strategy, client servicing and integrated communications.
With her extensive experience in building client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business transformation, Aggarwal’s appointment is expected to further strengthen Kinnect’s leadership as the agency continues to grow its presence across India’s evolving digital and integrated marketing landscape.
