To move beyond generic communication, Policybazaar leveraged Whilter.AI’s proprietary platform to roll out large-scale, hyper-personalized messages tailored to individual policyholder journeys—especially around renewal time. These visual messages were customized in seven regional languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Bengali, making the outreach culturally relevant and highly contextual.
The results were immediate and impactful: over 30 million AI-generated visuals were delivered, leading to a 35–40% increase in click-through rates and a notable boost in conversions. The initiative demonstrated how tailored communication can deepen customer loyalty and drive better outcomes.
