Allen Solly has appointed Raghuvar Seth as Assistant Vice President – Marketing, strengthening the brand’s leadership team as it looks to scale its presence across fashion and lifestyle categories.

Seth joins the company after spending nearly four years at TMRW, the Aditya Birla Group-backed venture focused on building and scaling D2C brands. In his new role at Allen Solly, he will oversee marketing for the brand’s Men, Women, and Juniors portfolios.

His mandate will include always-on brand building, creator-led content, and full-funnel marketing initiatives aimed at driving both digital growth and store footfall.

Seth began his career through the prestigious Tata Administrative Service program and has since built experience across several leading consumer brands including Titan, Tanishq, Mensa Brands, and TMRW. Over the years, he has worked across D2C, ecommerce, quick commerce, and offline retail, with a strong focus on linking brand-building efforts to business outcomes.

At Allen Solly, Seth is expected to bring together strategic brand thinking with performance-led execution as the company sharpens its focus on omnichannel growth.
