Myntra has appointed Mansi Agarwal as Senior Director – Business Development, strengthening its leadership team as the fashion e-commerce platform continues to scale its growth initiatives. The appointment was announced by Myntra through a LinkedIn post.
Agarwal brings with her 17 years of experience across organisations such as Trent Limited, Aditya Birla Group, Bennett Coleman & Co., and Goldman Sachs, along with entrepreneurial experience. Myntra noted that her career has been marked by driving impact at the intersection of scale and agility, supported by structured thinking, collaborative leadership, and a strong ability to translate strategy into execution across different stages of business growth.
Prior to joining Myntra, Agarwal was associated with Trident, where she served as Head of Strategy, playing a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Agarwal wrote that after a meaningful chapter in Mumbai, she is moving to Bengaluru to begin a new professional journey. She expressed gratitude for her time at Trent, highlighting the learning, growth, and relationships built with colleagues and mentors that shaped her understanding of retail and leadership. She added that she looks forward to contributing meaningfully at Myntra, learning from an exceptional team, and helping build the next phase of the business.
