GoKwik has appointed Atul Bansal as its new Head of Marketing, bringing on board more than 15 years of B2B marketing expertise across e-commerce, fintech and telecom. In his new role, Bansal will lead GoKwik’s end-to-end marketing strategy as the company accelerates its global expansion.
Bansal will oversee growth, brand and product marketing, with a mandate to strengthen GoKwik’s market positioning, build scalable go-to-market strategies and enhance customer engagement to support acquisition. His approach will centre on data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to fuel business momentum.
Chirag Taneja, Co-founder and CEO of GoKwik, said, “Atul brings deep experience in building and scaling large, complex B2B ecosystems from his time at Amazon. As GoKwik evolves into a globally respected, product-first commerce enabler, his expertise in strategic marketing, GTM planning and data-led growth will be incredibly valuable.”
Before joining GoKwik, Bansal spent nearly seven years at Amazon in senior leadership roles, most recently as Head of Brand, Marketing and Partnerships for Amazon Global Selling India. He previously held key positions at Amazon Pay and Amazon’s advertising and merchant teams, where he drove significant growth through new frameworks and automation. Prior to Amazon, he spent seven years at Airtel, earning multiple performance recognitions.
On his appointment, Bansal said, “GoKwik’s mission to solve India-first but globally relevant e-commerce challenges with AI-powered solutions strongly resonates with me. I look forward to strengthening the brand narrative and contributing to GoKwik’s rapid growth journey.”
