Averill Sequeira has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer at Essencemediacom, a WPP Media brand, after serving in the role since July 2025. She previously held senior roles at Essencemediacom India, including leading the Creative Futures team and serving as Chief Product Officer.
Her extensive media and advertising experience includes leadership positions at Cheil India and Mindshare, working with clients like PepsiCo, as well as founding TranSkills India, focusing on skill development. Averill brings deep expertise in strategy, creative problem solving, and emerging marketing technologies to her new role.
