Dentsu Creative Isobar has appointed Dhruv Tiwari and Zubin Jauhari as Group Executive Creative Directors, reporting to CCO Abhijat Bharadwaj. They will lead creative direction across the agency’s brand portfolio, focusing on campaigns rooted in culture and consumer insights.

Dhruv joins from DDB Mudra, where he worked on McDonald’s, Royal Enfield, and Kent RO, with award-winning campaigns at Adfest, The Abbys, and Kyoorius. Zubin returns to dentsu with over a decade of experience on brands like Swiggy, Flipkart, Airtel, Google, and Ola Electric, with recognition at Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia.

Bharadwaj said their appointments strengthen the agency’s leadership, calling Zubin a new-age creative expert and Dhruv a proven leader. Both expressed excitement about shaping transformative, culturally relevant work. CEO Sahil Shah added that the duo will help fuse culture, technology, and influence to drive impactful creativity at scale.
