Divya Kathuria has joined Publicis Groupe India as Vice President – Learning, Capability Development and Talent Management, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience across organisation development, talent strategy and human capital consulting. She announced her new role through a LinkedIn post.
Before joining Publicis Groupe, Kathuria served at JioStar as AVP – Learning, Organisation Development and Talent Engagement for over three years. Prior to that, she spent nearly four years at Viacom18 Media, holding senior leadership roles in organisation development and talent engagement.
Her consulting experience includes close to five years at EY in People Advisory Services, along with earlier stints at Mercer, where she worked as a Consultant and later as Project Manager – Human Capital. Kathuria also brings deep expertise from her years at IBM as a Human Capital Management Consultant and at Satyam Computer Services as an Associate Consultant.
With her extensive cross-industry background, Kathuria is expected to strengthen Publicis Groupe India’s talent development framework and drive future-ready capability-building initiatives across the network.
