Publicis Groupe has signed a definitive agreement to acquire HEPMIL Media Group, Southeast Asia’s leading influencer agency, bolstering its social-first and creator-led capabilities in the region’s fast-growing digital market.
Founded in Singapore in 2015, HEPMIL Media Group is known for its popular content platforms SGAG, MGAG, and PGAG, which together reach over 70 million people across Southeast Asia. The company collaborates with more than 450 brands and 3,000 creators, engaging an audience of over one billion across six markets.
