LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, has introduced a new brand campaign, ‘Stronger Together,’ in India. This initiative showcases how networking can empower professionals in India by boosting their confidence, uncovering new opportunities, and advancing their careers in a dynamic labor market.

According to LinkedIn research earlier this year, 83% of professionals in India aim to expand their networks in 2024. This is especially pertinent as India’s job market remains highly competitive, with a vast pool of applicants and diverse skill requirements making job hunting a solitary and challenging experience. The ‘Stronger Together’ campaign encourages professionals to tackle these challenges by leveraging their connections for support, motivation, inspiration, and opportunities.

LinkedIn provides various features to help professionals build meaningful connections, including ‘Messaging & InMail’ for peer interactions, ‘Collaborative Articles’ for expert insights, ‘My Network’ for personalized network recommendations, and ‘Job Home’ for job alerts and recommendations. Developed in collaboration with Leo Burnett India and produced by Prodigious, the campaign targets young and mid-career professionals eager to upskill and advance their careers. The ad will be aired on Disney+ Hotstar Entertainment & Sports during the ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube from May 22 to June 30, 2024.
