The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) has elected M.N. Srinivasu, Co-founder of Billdesk, as its new Chairman, succeeding Harsh Jain of Dream Sports. Harshil Mathur, Co-founder and CEO of Razorpay, is the new Vice Chairman, and Sameer Nigam, Founder and CEO of PhonePe, has been appointed Treasurer, replacing Rajesh Magow (MakeMyTrip) and Satyan Gajwani (Times Internet), respectively.

Srinivasu, Mathur, and Nigam will join IAMAI President Dr. Subho Ray to form the new executive council. The newly elected 24-member governing council and executive council will assume office for the 2025–2027 term at the upcoming annual general meeting. IAMAI holds its governing council elections every two years.
