These moves signal the brand’s focus on scaling operations, deepening community connections, and driving a bold new chapter of growth.
As Chief Business Officer, Kshitij Torka will spearhead business strategy, operational excellence, and revenue growth. With a rich experience in scaling consumer brands through leadership roles at Grofers/Blinkit and The Boston Consulting Group, Kshitij has been instrumental in driving strategic expansion, brand-building, and operational excellence.
Sushma R Rao joins as Head of Marketing, bringing with her robust experience across fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG. She moves from Mullen Lintas Pvt Ltd, where she was leading brand strategy across the national portfolio, notably for Tata Tea and GRT Jewellers. At Blissclub, Sushma will lead brand strategy, CMI, and creative to power the next phase of growth.
