Criteo and dentsu have announced a major global partnership, marking the first time a top holding company will fully adopt Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform. The collaboration aims to enhance dentsu’s commerce and performance media campaigns through AI-powered audiences, buying tools, and measurement solutions.
Dentsu will leverage Criteo’s tools—including Commerce Max, Commerce Growth, Commerce Grid, and Commerce Yield—to streamline media buying, improve targeting, and drive retail media performance across over 200 global retailers and premium publishers.
This partnership also combines dentsu’s data solution (dentsu.Audiences) with Criteo’s Commerce Audiences to create powerful, full-funnel advertising capabilities. Both companies aim to empower brands and retailers with smarter, more scalable commerce media solutions.
