The Coca-Cola Company has appointed Hemant Rupani as CEO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), effective September 8. He succeeds Juan Pablo Rodriguez, who is moving to another role within the Coca-Cola system.

Rupani, currently President of Mondelez Southeast Asia, brings over 25 years of experience across companies like PepsiCo, Infosys, Vodafone, and Britannia. A seasoned leader with deep India and global experience, he is expected to drive HCCB’s growth and investments in India. HCCB is Coca-Cola’s largest bottler in the country and recently saw a 40% stake acquired by Jubilant Bhartia Group in its parent company.
