Ultimate Kho Kho (UKK), India’s first professional Kho Kho league, has appointed Dhiraj Parasher as its new CEO ahead of Season 3, which begins on November 29, 2025. This season marks a major milestone with the inclusion of international players for the first time.
Parasher brings over 20 years of experience in sports, entertainment, and brand strategy, with previous leadership roles at Adani Group and Ernst & Young. He has been instrumental in major sporting events and grassroots development, including work on the 2010 Commonwealth Games and with the Jharkhand government.
Tasked with driving UKK’s global expansion and digital fan engagement, Parasher aims to position the league as a globally scalable yet culturally rooted platform. Promoter Amit Burman praised Parasher’s strategic vision and grassroots expertise.
Under his leadership, UKK aims to elevate Kho Kho to international prominence, aligning with India’s broader push to feature indigenous sports on global stages like the Commonwealth and Olympics.
