Unilever has announced its agreement to acquire Dr. Squatch, a fast-growing men’s personal care brand known for natural, high-performance products and viral, social-first marketing. Backed by Summit Partners, Dr. Squatch offers soaps, deodorants, hair, and skincare products, and has built a strong digital and retail presence in North America and Europe.
The acquisition will strengthen Unilever’s premium men’s grooming portfolio. Unilever aims to scale Dr. Squatch internationally, leveraging its loyal customer base and cultural appeal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close later this year.
