Ferrero India has expanded Zoher Kapuswala’s mandate, appointing him to lead marketing across its full portfolio — Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, Tic Tac, and Kinder — effective September 1, 2025. The move aligns with Ferrero Group’s global push for a more integrated brand structure.

Kapuswala, with over a decade at Ferrero and two decades in FMCG, has driven key innovations from Tic Tac relaunches to influencer campaigns for Nutella and Ferrero Rocher. His expanded role aims to unify Ferrero’s brand voice, boost consumer connections, and capture growth in India’s fast-expanding premium chocolate and spreads market.
