Chandni Shah, co-founder of Kinnect, has officially taken over as CEO of the newly merged FCB Kinnect and 22feet Tribal agency. The leadership shift comes as Omnicom Advertising India undergoes a larger restructuring.
Her fellow co-founder, Rohan Mehta, is moving into a broader role focused on strengthening digital capabilities and integration across Omnicom’s network in India.
These changes follow the recent Omnicom–IPG Mediabrands consolidation, which has triggered several leadership realignments across the advertising ecosystem.
Shah has been part of Kinnect’s journey since its early days in 2011, evolving from COO to now leading the combined agency. Before building Kinnect, she worked in client servicing roles at JWT India and Percept H.
Mehta, who has served as CEO of FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India, originally came from a client solutions background at Allied Digital Services.
