Mastercard has appointed Jill Kramer as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Raja Rajamannar, the current CMO, will transition to a senior fellow role.

Jill joins from Accenture, where she led global marketing and communications, nearly doubling the company’s brand value during her tenure. She has previously held senior roles at BBDO and DDB, working with major brands like AT&T and ExxonMobil, and serves on the Ad Council board. Her appointment is aimed at driving Mastercard’s growth and innovation in marketing.
