Omnicom Media has named Kartik Sharma as CEO, Amardeep Singh as COO, and Shashi Sinha as Strategic Advisor for India, following the integration of Omnicom Media Group and IPG Mediabrands across Asia-Pacific.

The move is part of a broader restructuring that unifies media operations under the Omnicom Media banner. APAC CEO Tony Harradine called the transition a “transformative moment,” noting strong momentum with US$785 million in net new business so far this year.

The new structure aims to streamline operations, strengthen capabilities, and create a unified talent and technology ecosystem across the region. Leadership appointments have also been confirmed in key APAC markets, with further alignment and integration planned in the coming months.

A global town hall and regional leadership visits are scheduled to share the next phase of the roadmap.
