Customer engagement SaaS platform WebEngage has named Sanjay Prasad as its VP, Global Head of Channels and Alliances. In his new role, Sanjay will drive strategic partnerships with global consulting firms, system integrators, and digital agencies to expand WebEngage’s reach and market presence.

With over 20 years of experience across enterprise sales and alliances at firms like IBM, Oracle, and MoEngage, Sanjay brings deep expertise in partner networks and GTM strategies across MEA and APAC.

His appointment reflects WebEngage’s focus on ecosystem-led growth and delivering end-to-end transformation solutions. CEO Avlesh Singh emphasized Sanjay’s alignment with the company’s global ambitions, while KPMG India also expressed optimism about the collaboration’s potential to support digital transformation for enterprises.
