Tata Consumer Products has announced key leadership changes in its packaged beverages business following the resignation of Puneet Das, president – packaged beverages, India & South Asia (including Organic India), effective November 3, 2025.
Sharat Verma, currently SVP and general manager – fabric care at P&G for India, Middle East, and Africa, has been appointed as the new president – packaged beverages, India & South Asia (including Organic India), effective December 1, 2025.
Verma brings over two decades of experience at P&G, having led global brands such as Ariel, Tide, Gillette, Oral-B, and Olay across multiple markets.
Additionally, Prashant Parameswaran, president – Soulfull business, has resigned from his position citing personal reasons, with his exit effective December 15, 2025.
