WPP Media has elevated Pratik Thakkar to Vice President – Client Services, India, expanding his leadership responsibilities within the agency. He was previously serving as Senior Director – Client Leadership at WPP Media.
Thakkar announced the elevation on LinkedIn, thanking colleagues and mentors who have supported him throughout his career. He described the appointment as a milestone following 10 years of professional experience with the organisation.
Over the course of his career, Thakkar has built experience across brand marketing, performance marketing, D2C growth and integrated media, working across different aspects of the digital and media ecosystem.
Before joining WPP Media, Thakkar was associated with GreenHonchos, where he worked across digital commerce and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held roles at ANS Commerce, Softsens Baby, Mattel and FirstCry.com (BrainBees Solutions).
His experience across brand, performance and commerce-led marketing positions him to take on the expanded client-services mandate at WPP Media, with a focus on managing client relationships and driving integrated business outcomes.
