HDFC Securities has launched four new TVCs for its all-in-one investment app, HDFC SKY, making premium research-backed insights freely accessible to retail investors. The campaign highlights SKY’s three key advantages—free expert stock recommendations, flat Rs. 20 brokerage, and a comprehensive platform for all investment needs.
The initiative comes against the backdrop of a SEBI study showing high losses among retail traders due to lack of structured research. Unlike discount brokers, HDFC SKY merges affordability with HDFC Securities’ 25+ years of market expertise, offering coverage across sectors like BFSI, IT, FMCG, healthcare, and more.
Conceptualized by Steve Priya, the films use humor and surprise to show research experts “falling from the sky,” symbolizing how SKY brings trusted guidance straight to investors’ phones. Puneeth Bekal, EVP & CMO, said the app aims to democratize informed investing, combining research, transparency, and inclusivity to empower India’s next generation of investors.
