Publicis Groupe India has unveiled Publicis Digital Experience (PDX), a new unified offering designed to help brands tackle their most pressing middle- and post-funnel challenges through AI-first, outcome-driven solutions.

Built as a client-led growth platform, PDX brings together the Groupe’s digital, technology and experience capabilities, all powered by data, to deliver measurable business impact at scale. The move reflects how marketing and technology are increasingly converging, with CMOs and CIOs now jointly responsible for driving growth, customer experience and transformation.

At its core, PDX is focused on areas where brands are seeking the most impact today AI-driven customer experience, commerce, social, martech and CRM. Rather than offering fragmented digital services, the model aims to deliver integrated solutions that directly link execution to business outcomes.

PDX is structured around three solution practices. Social @ PDX rethinks social marketing for a culture-led, real-time world, combining data with cultural insight to activate communities, creators and conversations across platforms, content formats and IRL experiences. AI-X @ PDX focuses on AI-led transformation, covering agentic workflows, AI-powered commerce, process redesign and the creation of AI-driven marketing and digital assets for both B2B and B2C brands. CRM @ PDX centres on unlocking value from existing customers through first-party data, marketing and data cloud optimisation, and personalised one-to-one engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Supporting these practices is a central Technology Centre of Excellence, set up to drive best practices in emerging technologies and AI, while accelerating innovation across the PDX ecosystem.

The new organisation brings together the specialised capabilities of Digitas India, Razorfish India and Indigo Consulting into a single, integrated setup aligned around client needs. PDX launches with more than 500 specialists and a track record of over 1,000 delivered projects, backed by early investments in applied AI and agentic workflows.

PDX India will be led by Amaresh Godbole, who takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer, alongside his additional responsibility as Chief – AI Experiences & Solutions at Publicis Groupe India.

Commenting on the launch, Anupriya Acharya, CEO of Publicis Groupe South Asia, said the convergence of marketing and technology has significantly expanded the scope of both CMOs and CIOs. She added that PDX reimagines how data, technology, creativity and experience come together to help brands navigate this transformation moment and accelerate future-ready growth.

Godbole noted that clients are increasingly looking for partners who can turn AI and technology into a sustained competitive advantage beyond just acquisition. According to him, PDX brings together proven capabilities, redesigned with scale and AI at the core, to help brands win across the middle and after funnel.

With PDX, Publicis Groupe India is consolidating its digital and experience capabilities into a single growth engine signalling a sharper focus on AI-led transformation, integrated delivery and long-term, outcome-driven client partnerships.
