Formerly the Global Chief Strategy Officer at Accenture Song, Baiju brings over 25 years of experience in creativity, AI, strategy, and technology. Baiju’s leadership arrives at a pivotal moment as brands navigate cultural shifts and AI adoption. He previously co-led Fjord, helped shape Accenture Song’s AI-driven transformation, and led multiple acquisitions to expand creative capabilities.
