Havas Media Network UK has named James Mackenzie as its new Chief Investment Officer. In this role, he will lead the investment and activation team, oversee trading operations, and drive best practices through the company’s Converged.AI platform, while also strengthening partnerships with media owners.
Mackenzie will report to Simon Bevan, who has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
He joins Havas after more than eight years at EssenceMediacom UK, where he served as Chief Investment Officer since 2019. His earlier experience spans senior roles at PHD UK, Vizeum UK, and ZenithOptimedia Group, where he began his career.
The appointment was announced on LinkedIn, with Havas welcoming Mackenzie and congratulating Bevan on his new role.
