Akasa Air has appointed Naarayan T V as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective August 29, 2025. He will lead marketing, corporate communications & ESG, customer experience, eCommerce, loyalty, and partnerships, while also joining the airline’s Executive Committee.
With over 20 years of experience across eCommerce, fintech, banking, and global consumer brands, Naarayan has a track record of driving brand transformation and customer-centric growth. He previously held senior roles at IDFC FIRST Bank and PayPal, where he spearheaded major campaigns and acquisition strategies.
Akasa Air CEO Vinay Dube said his leadership will be pivotal as the airline strengthens its brand and customer proposition on its journey to becoming one of the world’s top 30 airlines by decade’s end. Naarayan added that he looks forward to building customer-first experiences and shaping Akasa’s next phase of growth.
