Capgemini has agreed to acquire Cloud4C, a global provider of automation-driven managed services for hybrid and sovereign cloud environments. The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, will expand Capgemini’s cloud managed services capabilities while strengthening its position as a leader in SAP transformation. Founded in 2014, Cloud4C operates in 29 countries with 1,600 employees, offering AI-powered cloud solutions across migration, security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
As a global premium partner for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Cloud4C’s expertise will complement Capgemini’s long-standing SAP partnership, enhancing end-to-end enterprise services. The deal creates cross-selling opportunities, giving clients access to broader capabilities across AI, automation, and consulting. Capgemini CEO Aiman Ezzat called the move a step toward advancing gen AI-powered cloud automation platforms, while Cloud4C’s leadership sees the merger as a chance to scale innovation and global reach.
