Criteo has announced key leadership changes to accelerate its strategic goals, consolidating product, R&D, and commercial strategy under two seasoned leaders. Todd Parsons has been elevated to Chief Product Officer and President, Performance Media, where he’ll lead AI-driven, cross-channel media solutions. Sherry Smith, previously Executive Managing Director, Americas, has been promoted to President, Retail Media, to advance Criteo’s presence in the fast-growing retail media space.

Both leaders will report to CEO Michael Komasinski. The company also plans to appoint a Chief Customer Officer to drive client value and platform adoption. The new structure aims to enhance focus, execution, and long-term performance.
