LinkedIn’s ad revenue is forecasted to reach $8.2 billion in 2025, up 18.3% from last year, driven by generative AI advertisers, B2B creators, and connected TV campaigns, according to WARC Media. Revenue is expected to grow to $9.7 billion in 2026 and $11.3 billion by 2027, surpassing mid-size platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
The platform’s top ad spenders are business and industrial sectors, followed by technology and government/non-profits, with retail accounting for just 2%. LinkedIn reaches 350 million active monthly users, with its largest audience in Asia Pacific (277 million), Europe (257 million), and North America (233 million). Gen AI companies allocate 12% of their digital ad budgets to LinkedIn, well above the 3% average.
High engagement among professionals, including 10 million C-level executives, supports strong B2B ad performance. Short-form video and CTV campaigns are gaining traction, with LinkedIn partnering with NBCUniversal, Roku, and Samsung to reach 105 million devices monthly.
As LinkedIn expands ad formats, embraces AI campaigns, and grows its creator ecosystem, it is set to remain a leading platform for B2B advertising worldwide.
