NDTV reported a 14% revenue growth in Q2 FY26 over Q1 and a 10% rise year-on-year, driven by strong content innovation and business consolidation. While festive momentum boosted revenue, profits were impacted by continued investments in growth and transformation.

During the quarter, NDTV launched new primetime shows and onboarded anchors Padmaja Joshi, Syed Suhail, and Shubhankar Mishra to strengthen programming. The company also completed a Rights Issue and merged four entities to streamline operations.

Key highlights included the NDTV World Summit in New Delhi—featuring global leaders like PM Narendra Modi and Rishi Sunak—and NDTV Good Times’ landmark Sonu Nigam concert in Srinagar, symbolising unity and cultural revival in the region.
