Piramal Consumer Healthcare (PCH) has appointed Punt Creative as its digital agency after a multi-agency pitch. The mandate includes social media, digital marketing, and campaign management for flagship brands Lactocalamine, the i-range (including i-pill), and Littles.

The partnership aims to boost PCH’s digital presence and consumer engagement. With a wide distribution network across 1,500 towns and 2.5 lakh outlets, PCH serves over 7 crore consumers and has grown its portfolio from 6 to 20+ brands since 2011 in categories like skincare, women’s health, vitamins, and baby care.

Punt Creative, led by Harsh Shah and Rohan Naterwalla, has worked with brands like Levi’s, KFC India, Porter, and Van Heusen. The agency will bring its digital-first strategy and creative storytelling to strengthen PCH’s connection with India’s digital audience.
