Monks has appointed Rajat Mendhi as Head of Planning for India. Recognized among the Top 10 Planners globally by The Big Won Report, Mendhi brings rich experience from BBDO India, where he led acclaimed campaigns like Ariel’s #ShareTheLoad and Whisper’s #TouchThePickle, which won India’s first Cannes Glass Lion Grand Prix.

Ketan Desai said Mendhi’s appointment boosts Monks’ strategic edge, combining cultural intelligence with business insight. With this addition, Monks aims to help brands navigate the convergence of culture, data, and technology, creating impactful and authentic brand experiences in the evolving Indian market.
