Tata Digital is set to appoint Sajith Sivanandan, currently president at Jio Mobile Digital Services and former Google executive, as its new CEO in the coming weeks.
He will succeed Naveen Tahilyani, who exited earlier this year, amid ongoing leadership restructuring. Sivanandan will focus on strengthening Tata Digital’s ecommerce, quick commerce, and digital services strategy, where it faces competition from Amazon, Flipkart, and Reliance.
The move signals Tata Group’s push to stabilize its digital business after recent management churn.
