Unilever PLC has appointed Srinivas Phatak as Chief Financial Officer and member of its Board and Leadership Executive, effective immediately.
Phatak, who previously served as Deputy CFO and Group Controller, had been acting CFO since February 2025. The Board unanimously confirmed his appointment after a full search, citing his financial expertise, leadership, and strong performance.
CEO Fernando Fernandez praised Phatak’s strategic clarity and focus on value creation, adding that his leadership will support growth and margin expansion.
Phatak also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Coats Group plc. His compensation package includes annual fixed pay of €1.175 million, bonus eligibility, and performance-based awards, in line with Unilever’s remuneration policy.
