Bacardi India has appointed Goodies Narayanan as its new Director – Marketing / CMO India, strengthening the company’s leadership bench in the Indian market. Narayanan announced the move via LinkedIn, expressing enthusiasm about leading the Consumer & Customer Marketing teams for Bacardi’s diverse portfolio, including Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, and others.

Narayanan joins Bacardi after successful stints in the consumer-tech space with Disney+ Hotstar and Coursera, where she spearheaded international growth strategies, scaled marketing engines, and deepened her expertise in data-driven brand building. Returning to the lifestyle space, she described the portfolio as “brands with rich heritage and bold futures brands that have shaped culture.”
