Procter & Gamble India has appointed Roshni Shewakramani as Director – Sales (Regional Sales Head), further strengthening its leadership team responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across key regions in the country.
Sharing the update on a professional networking platform, Shewakramani noted that the new role aligns closely with her experience in trade and shopper marketing, strategy execution, and building high-performing teams. She added that she looks forward to contributing to the company’s growth journey while strengthening P&G’s presence across diverse retail channels in India.
Shewakramani brings extensive experience across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce and category development, with a strong track record of delivering growth through integrated sales strategies. Prior to this appointment, she served as Director – National Trade & Shopper Marketing at P&G, where she led strategy development and revenue growth initiatives for multiple brands within the company’s portfolio.
Earlier in her career, she held several leadership roles in sales and marketing across P&G and NIVEA, including Senior Manager – Sales (E-commerce and Modern Trade GTM Operations) and Area Sales Manager for key regional markets. In these positions, she was responsible for driving category expansion, managing budgets, executing go-to-market strategies and supporting successful new product launches.
Her professional journey also includes exposure to international marketing assignments and strategic project execution, which has further strengthened her expertise in channel strategy, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
With this appointment, P&G continues to reinforce its focus on strong regional leadership and execution excellence as it looks to deepen market penetration and accelerate growth across India’s evolving retail landscape.
