Publicis Groupe India has appointed Arup Barua as Associate Director of Content Marketing, strengthening its content and brand storytelling capabilities.

Barua announced the development on LinkedIn, describing the move as an exciting new chapter in his professional journey. In his new role, he will lead localized and scalable content marketing initiatives, with a focus on native content, creator collaborations and multi-platform storytelling.

Prior to joining Publicis Groupe India, Barua worked across content marketing, influencer marketing and brand communications roles at GroupM India, Cheil India and Eleve Media.

Over the years, he has built expertise in content strategy, creator partnerships, digital marketing and brand storytelling, working with a diverse set of brands and clients across categories.

With the appointment, Publicis Groupe India continues to strengthen its content-led marketing capabilities as brands increasingly look for integrated storytelling and creator-driven engagement strategies.
