Epigamia has appointed Mansi M. as Head of Marketing, bringing her nearly nine years of experience at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) to the dairy and food brand. She most recently served as Senior Marketing Manager for OZiva at HUL, where she led brand building, product innovation and business growth, with responsibilities spanning profitability and brand development. Her appointment marks a new chapter in her career as she takes on the responsibility of strengthening Epigamia’s brand and marketing initiatives.
Mansi announced the move through a LinkedIn post, describing her decision to leave Unilever after a long tenure and begin a new professional journey. Reflecting on her time at the company, she said her career had become “a little too comfortable”, prompting her to take on a fresh challenge. At HUL, she worked across marketing and sales functions, gaining experience in developing brands, driving innovation and supporting business growth across consumer categories.
She joined HUL in 2017 as a Key Account Manager, handling categories including personal care, home care, food and refreshments, before moving into marketing leadership roles. Most recently, she oversaw marketing responsibilities for OZiva, contributing to brand building, product innovation and business performance. Her experience at HUL has given her exposure to both commercial and consumer-facing aspects of the business.
Before joining HUL, Mansi worked at Airtel from 2014 to 2017, serving as a Product Manager and Assistant Manager for Sales and Distribution. She began her career at Britannia Industries, where she worked in trade marketing and sales development between 2012 and 2014. Her professional background spans telecommunications, food, personal care and wellness, bringing experience across different consumer markets to her new role at Epigamia.
In her LinkedIn announcement, Mansi described Epigamia as a brand shaped by the vision of its founder, Rohan Mirchandani, and expressed enthusiasm about building on that legacy. She said her new role would involve building the brand, taking calculated bets and learning along the way. Her appointment comes as she transitions from a large consumer goods organisation to a food brand, where she will lead marketing efforts and contribute to its next phase of growth.
