The Adani Group has released Story of Suraj, the third film in its #HumKarkeDikhateHain series, highlighting the transformative power of solar energy in rural India. Set in a once-dark town now thriving with uninterrupted solar power, the film follows Rakesh as he returns home to witness how clean energy has revived agriculture, education, healthcare, and livelihoods.
Directed by Badhaai Ho filmmaker Amit Sharma and conceptualized by Ogilvy India, the film captures the human impact of Adani’s renewable energy initiatives. Through Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), one of the world’s largest renewable energy firms, the Group continues to lead India’s green transition with large-scale solar and wind projects.
Ajay Kakar, Head of Corporate Branding at Adani Group, emphasized the company’s role in powering progress, while Ogilvy’s Piyush Pandey noted the film’s emotional portrayal of solar energy as a driver of real change. The campaign will be promoted across digital, TV, and radio platforms nationwide.
