Hassan brings over 20 years of brand and marketing leadership experience from roles at McDonald’s, HP, Omnicom, Bank of America, and Petco, where he helped lead its successful IPO. Recognized with Adweek’s Brand Genius Award and DEI Champion honor, he is known for brand transformation and building inclusive teams.

Clinch CEO Oz Etzioni said Hassan’s expertise as a Fortune 500 CMO will support the company’s rapid growth and expansion of its Agentic AI platform, helping marketers drive measurable results through unified creative and media solutions. Hassan’s appointment reflects the industry’s growing shift toward AI adoption in marketing, with CMOs investing heavily in generative AI to transform omni-channel strategies.
