Lloyd, in collaboration with WPP Media and ad-tech firm Silverpush, has become the first Indian brand to deploy an AI-powered sales agent—Zimmer—in a digital campaign. Part of Lloyd’s summer campaign, Zimmer handled over 1.2 lakh customer queries in real time, transforming ads into interactive, mobile-first shopping experiences.

Functioning as a virtual sales assistant, Zimmer guided users through product features, deals, and purchase decisions, achieving high engagement and conversion rates. With average user interaction time exceeding a minute, the campaign showcased how conversational AI can deepen brand connection and drive sales.

The initiative also provided valuable real-time insights into consumer behavior, enabling smarter campaign optimization. Backed by strategic execution from Motivator, the campaign marks a significant step forward in AI-driven digital commerce and consumer engagement in India.
