Publicis Commerce India and MMA Global India have released the Quick Commerce Playbook India 2025, offering marketers key insights into India’s $7 billion quick commerce boom — a channel that’s grown 4.5x since 2022 and is projected to expand at ~40% CAGR through 2030.

Launched in Mumbai, the playbook highlights how visibility, timing, agile supply chains, and smart partnerships drive success — with 89% of consumers viewing just one product page before purchase. It also reveals that while Q-commerce is booming, 70% of brands still find it less profitable than other channels.

Festive-season findings show that speed (50%) and weekly big deals (65%) are key growth drivers, with gifting and FMCG leading festive sales.

Publicis Media South Asia CEO Lalatendu Das said the playbook helps brands balance growth and profitability through sharper forecasting and retail media optimization, while MMA Global India’s Moneka Khurana called Q-commerce “a $7B growth arena” where success depends on readiness and full-funnel brand strategy.
