Havas has acquired Toronto-based Enverta Digital to strengthen its customer experience (CX) and digital transformation services in North America. Enverta, known for its CRM expertise and work with platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft, brings scalable operations from Canada and Poland. The acquisition supports Havas’ global Converged strategy by placing CX at its core.
Enverta will join Havas CX Canada, enhancing its ability to deliver integrated, tech-enabled solutions across the U.S. and Canadian markets. The move also aims to boost business growth through bundled offerings and personalized customer experiences.
