Madison Media has completed the full acquisition of HiveMinds, a performance and e-commerce marketing agency it first invested in back in 2017. Deepti Bhadauria, previously Chief Strategy Officer, has been appointed CEO, while founder Jyothirmayee JT will move into an advisory role. Deepti will report to Ajit Varghese, Partner & Group CEO, Madison Media.

Since Madison’s initial stake, HiveMinds has grown its revenues 12x, serving over 100 clients and building expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, and martech solutions. The agency has also hosted multiple editions of its Ecommerce Conclave and developed advanced tools for measurement and campaign management.

With the acquisition, Madison aims to offer an integrated model combining brand building and performance marketing, bridging storytelling with commerce to deliver measurable impact. HiveMinds currently works with leading brands like BigBasket, Titan, Tata Neu, Boat, and GSK, and has won over 50 awards in the past two years.
