Ageas Federal Life Insurance has appointed Gaurav Dubey as head of digital distribution to oversee partnerships, banca, and direct-to-consumer channels. Dubey, with over 16 years of experience in digital insurance and sales transformation, joins from Bajaj Life Insurance, where he led one of the fastest-growing digital channels. He previously built Liberty General Insurance’s digital business from scratch. At Ageas Federal, Dubey will drive digital growth, expand D2C operations, and advance the company’s digital transformation strategy.
