Publicis Groupe’s data and technology arm, Epsilon, has appointed Sean Reardon as CEO, effective by the end of the year. Reardon brings over 25 years of experience in data, ad tech, and business transformation, and will oversee Epsilon’s operations and integration within Publicis Groupe’s Connected Media ecosystem.
Reardon previously served as Global and US CEO of MiQ, CEO of Media Americas at Dentsu, and held leadership roles at Publicis, including CEO of Zenith US. At Epsilon, he will work closely with Executive Chairman John Giuliani, who will now focus on long-term strategic initiatives. Both will report to Dave Penski, CEO of Publicis Connected Media, and Reardon will join the Publicis Groupe Management Committee.
