Voltas Beko has launched ‘Sense Toh Banta Hai’, a new brand campaign featuring Manoj Pahwa across a series of digital films for its refrigerator and washing machine categories.

The campaign explores how appliance purchase decisions are evolving, with partners, parents and younger family members increasingly becoming part of the conversation alongside the primary homemaker.

Moving away from its earlier ‘Tested by Real Moms’ communication, the new campaign uses humour and relatable household situations to highlight product benefits while focusing on the value and experience appliances deliver in everyday life.

The campaign is built around a simple consumer insight: choosing an appliance does not have to involve complicated marketing claims. Instead, consumers are looking for products that offer quality, meaningful innovation, reliable performance and clear value.

Commenting on the campaign, Nirpesh Agarwal, CEO, Voltas Beko, said the brand wants to simplify the decision-making process for consumers by focusing on what matters in everyday usage-from keeping food fresh to delivering effective washing performance.

The campaign will run across digital platforms, with individual films focusing on refrigerators and washing machines. It follows consumer activations undertaken by the brand across key markets.

Through ‘Sense Toh Banta Hai’, Voltas Beko is positioning practical decision-making and the everyday product experience at the centre of appliance purchases, while reflecting the increasingly collaborative nature of household buying decisions.
